Professional Experience
Before joining the forensic science faculty here Â鶹ɫ²¥, Dr. H served as a U.S. Army Military Occupational Specialty 71B Biochemist. She also worked as a Research Scientist at the Medical Research Institute of Surgical Research, the Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense, and Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory.

- identifying method threshold for intangible liquids recovered from different matrices
- attribution of forensic evidence using chemical markers
- improving limit of detection of gunshot residue using nanoparticles
- quantification of furanocoumarins in over-the-counter supplements
- quantification of mitragynine in kratom products
