There is no one-size-fits-all approach to maintaining your well-being. That鈥檚 why when it comes to supporting the Tiger community, TU prioritizes your mind, body, sense of community and purpose.

鈥淎t TU, our commitment to well-being is grounded in four core pillars: mind, body, community and purpose. We understand that well-being is a personal journey, and each pillar can hold a different meaning for every individual,鈥 says Nora Clark-Giles, Ph.D., assistant vice president for student health and well-being.

鈥淥ur goal is to empower every student to explore, connect with and thrive through these pillars because we know that when well-being is supported, student success is the outcome.鈥

Here are just a few ways you can take control of your well-being 麻豆色播.
