When I did the estimate it was impossible to see the substrate because it was covered with a wood sub floor, which was also covered with vinyl sheeting. I was shown an open 2x2 sqft out of 1000 sqft. What I did see was heavy moisture. I gave a proposal with a stipulation that there may be a change order once the floor is removed. You can see by the pics of what I had to battle. Change order was in order!
We used Miracote RM1 to ramp the transition. Poured Duraamen Paraam 5500 to self level, Duraamen MVT as waterproof primer and Duraamen Lumier Metallic Epoxy System. Thank you Victor for all your help as well.

What a transformation! I'm wowed, as I am sure your customer is ... willing to bet it will result in a lot of referrals. Really showcases your high quality workmanship; as well as reflecting Duraamen performance engineered materials; both in the best possible light in the best possible light. If it had been a sporting event, would have been a triple play with 3 winners ((property owner, you/contractor, and supplier/Duraamen).

Thanks for the compliments. We did rum into a bag of worms but I was prepared. Thankfully I have many resources and friends available to work anything out.
The important lesson here is to have a change order signed before starting or resuming.
We have been getting very positive feedback from this job.
