 My Pebble Flex supplier was just informed if he does work on any public pool deck he needs a license. It is called "Public Swimming Pool Contractors Specialties License".
It says any work over $5,000 dollars require a licensed G.C. as well as a $.50 cents per sq. foot tax to be paid as well as other crap.
Any one heard of this? He says he was informed it was in effect for NC and SC.

 You would need to contact your state board or a local contractors license school in your area, they should know. Some states require it. I'm in California and I have three licenses. A concrete license and the other two are "concrete related" specialty licenses. You can hear from so and so but, you need to go directly to those who really know.

 goodgawda'mighty, next we'll need a specialty license to take a dump,,, ' Public Swimming Pool Contractors Specialties License ' my ***,,, state license's rqd for any work over $2,500 - our local greedy sons-of-******* req license for ANY biz - even part-time'ers - incl state licens'd professionals ( medical, legal, etc ).



anyone see what our lead idiot's remarks've done to the stock mkt in the last 2 days ? we will see black-mkt medicine & docs-on-retainer
