I just had to share this with everyone...

Have ya'll heard of Magic Jack http://www.magicjack.com If you go to this website you will learn all about it. Magic Jack is a very small devise that you plug into a USB port on your computer (only a couple of inches long); into the other end of this jack you plug in a regular phone. Set up is very quick/easy, you get select your own phone number (whatever number you want, using your area code).

For only $39.95 you receive the Magic Jack and your 1st year $19.95 service fee (this means that the Magic Jack is only actually costing you $20.00). After that you pay only $19.95 per year (beginning your 2nd year) for limitless (outgoing and incoming) LONG DISTANCE & LOCAL calls in the USA & Canada. Furthermore, at no additional charge (included in the $19.95 PER YEAR) you get: voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, 911 service, directory assistance, etc.

If you travel, using a laptop, you can plug the Magic Jack into your laptop and use any standard phone, making calls from your computer where ever you are, instead of using up your cell phone minutes.

This thing is GREAT. Ya'll got to check it out and get a Magic Jack yourself.

One more thing ... you can be using your computer (on-line or performing other computer tasks) without your ability to receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls on the phone plugged into Magic Jack.

Yes, you can be using your computer (sending/receiving email, surfing the web, typing something in Word/etc), all the while having a regular/every day phone plugged into the USB port Magic Jack allowing you to make and receive phone unlimited calls in the USA and Canada, all for only $19.95 PER YEAR. Amazing, money saving technology. I am not brightest light bulb when it comes to computer devices, but even I can plug Magic Jack into a USB port, and a regular phone into it, then sit back and revel in all the money I am saving not using my regular land line phone and minutes saved on cell phone plan.
