where is everyone at? Busy I hope.
Just wondering if you guys notice any trends in the market place in terms of your workload? Do you find it seasonal at all?

I watch the board go up and down with activity and wonder if it has anything to do with everyone getting really busy.

I hope everyone is busy. I was real busy up until last week. I will sevice my trucks and equipment and re-set up my trailer and box truck to accomidate everything better. Time to take inventory of diamonds and supplies. I now have time to run estimates and go by and look at blue prints and do some bidding.

Hey Demus...Does NC require contractors to be licensed? I know they require general contractors that contract anything over 30k to be licensed, but what about our kind of business?

Here anybody doing any work over $750 has to be licensed no matter what you do.

Not that I know of. I do not have a license of any kind.

Busy with busy stuff not busy with money making stuff but stuff that will hopefully make it easier for us to make money in the future. We are working on finalizing a White Paper on how LEED credits can be obtained when polished concrete is used on a project and a polished concrete specification is a CSI format for architects.

What densifiers are you using in the LEEDs program?

The White Paper does not specify the use of any particular densifier or hardener. As I am sure you are aware that hardeners and densifiers have little to do with why LEED credits can be obtained when polished concrete is used.
