Im looking at a floor that is covered in a urethane. I need to strip that off but not mess with the actually concrete. I was playing with the idea of slapping on something light and try to just get the urethane off. If I did use like sixtys on it and then stained it would it leave swirls in the finish. Your thoughts?

Urethanes are hard to remove chemically because not all coating strippers work on them. I am not an expert on this but I do know that there are a few companies that sell diamond pads just for stripping paints and such. Chemical removal is a lot of work, messy and not easy, at then end of the day you will realize that it would have been much quicker just to grind it off and be done with it.

As far as marring the floors, if you use the right pads you will not leave any marks on the concrete.
