Go to a janitorial supply store. Purchase concentrated orange citrus cleaner. It cuts grease, oil, grime, tree saps, etc. quite well.

For ordinary cleaning, mix it 20 parts hot water to 1 part of the concentrated orange citrus cleaner. Wet the surface with it, scrub with push broom, leave it for about 15 minutes, then pressure wash. If you have oil spots/etc that are bad, you can mix at 5 parts water to 1 part cleaner. In extremely bad cases, can even make a poultice out of orange citrus concentrate, mixing it with talc or fullers earth, to a toothpaste like consistancy, apply using a putty knife over the area, cover with plastic to keep it from drying out to fast, leave for a few hours, scrape off excess, then power wash.
