I'm re-posting a message I posted last week with more info this time:

We stained our concrete floors last fall. I sealed with Pioneer Eclipse First Step Sealer (acrylic floor sealer) and top coated
with Pioneer
Eclipse Sta-brite 20 (high solids dry bright floor coating) according to manufacturer's instructions. The sales person told me
that the
products I bought were the same as those used in warehouses. I expected it to hold up. It looked beautiful and shiny for
about a week.
Over the past months, the seal has worn off in traffic areas (even light traffic).

What is the best (and easiest) product to use to get the seal and shine back? Also, how do I prep - do I have to strip what's
left of the
original top coat?

Thanks for any thoughts.
