 Another sealer question!

I'm starting a job next week where I need to remove sealer from a 3 car garage in order to put down kemiko acid stain. I have used Strip-Ease in the past, but I was wondering if there are any secrets out there to make this painstaking job a little easier. I've heard maybe using a floor buffer with some kind of black pad? Surely there has to be an easier way than what I've been doing - basically moving around the floor on my hands and knees with a bucket of hot water and towels removing stripper. Please help.
