Stamped Concrete Check List

These are some of the things the project owner should check before starting a stamped concrete project:

      • Am I allowed to install Stamped Concrete in my city? development?
      • Are there any zoning issues? environmental issues?
      • What are the permit requirements?
      • Do I undestand the process? do I know enough to make an educated decision about colors and designs?
      • Where do I find a contractor?

Another way of stamping concrete is using Integral Colors. Integral Color Concrete means the color is throughout the thickness of the slab and the color is pre mixed with the concrete. After the concrete is poured it is stamped using either a liquid or powder release.

Acid Stain is yet another option that can be added after the concrete has hardened.
